Unopened products purchased directly from us may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund less shipping & handling.
We will issue Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact our customer service for RA#. You ship an item with RA# on a package to us. You will be responsible for any shipping charge. Once we have received a package and an item has been verified. We will refund or credit for next purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product is damaged upon receiving or defective, please contact our customer service and provide details of the issues and photos if possible. A replacement or refund will be provided after we have investigated a case.
